Farnham Royal defeat HWCC 3rd XI as they restrict Wycombe to just 157 before bowling them out in the 38th over.
High Wycombe 3rd XI lost the toss and were put into the dirt to start their Saturday afternoon.
Skipper John Terry led from the front amassing figures of 4-30 as his performance alongside key performances from the rest of the bowlers meant that they were able to restrict Farnham Royal to 206 off of 45 overs.
In return, Wycombe started off nicely with Charlie Lane finding his way rather quickly to 56. However, the 3rd XI's luck soon ran out as poor shot selection meant that wickets tumbled rapidly, leaving Wycombe stranded on 157 all out off 38 overs.
"A strong team performance in the field rewarded with late wickets, a couple of good partnerships from Charlie and Pranav and later Charlie and Callum put us in strong positions but too many loose shots led to a flurry of HW wickets at key times"
