To register a Social Member please follow the below steps. All social Memberships will be managed through HWCC Pitchero from 1st January 2024, rather than through the bar.

For a new Member

Go to https://www.pitchero.com/clubs/highwycombecricketclub/signup to sign up.
If you already have a Pitchero account, hit log in at the top right and skip to step 4
For a Social Member not registered on Pitchero, complete the basic account details
Click the tick box for Club Member
Your application will go to HWCC to be reviewed
Go to My Account -> Membership info. Complete all details requested including Proposed and Seconded
In the meantime, confirm your email address
Download the Pitchero Club app from your app store
Once you have been accepted, you will be able to purchase the Social Membership through the shop area of Pitchero.
If your Social membership will be for 2 people, please register both members with HWCC

For an existing member

You will have received an email from HWCC (Using the email you provided Gavin when setting up your existing membership) inviting you to join the HWCC website. Accept this invite
Go to My Account -> Membership info. Complete all details requested including Proposed and Seconded
In the meantime, confirm your email address
Download the Pitchero Club app from your app store
When your existing membership comes to renewal, you will be invited to purchase the Social Membership through the shop area of Pitchero.
If your Social membership will be for 2 people, please register both members with HWCC
