HWCC offers a range of membership options for players and social members. Once accepted as a member, you will be assigned to a specific membership type which would require payment.
For 2026, we have introduced new memberships to appeal to our every growing club with the introduction of Match Fee basis memberships for our Senior Men's and Women's sections.
For our Men's teams, for League matches, Teas will return for all teams when playing at home in 2026.

As with 2025, all membership will take place on Clubsports365 in 2026 for all registration requirements, the registration window is open from now until 31st Jan 2026 for existing members, this is to allow us time to order all kit ready for the kit collection weekend. Kit information will be released in due course to collect sizes.
When making payment, there are two options for payment type available on CS365 are
All subs will have Instalment options available for payments where you are able to choose how many instalments you'd like to make with maximum number of months for payments per subscription.
In order to remain eligible for selection and to attended training sessions, subs and match fees must be kept up to date.
Additional Kit
For additional kit, head to the club shop HERE to purchase from G+P.
Kit collection will be a weekend in February 2025, with a date announced in due course.
Playing Memberships include Winter Training for 2026 on various training nights as part of our training programme, Summer training and match fees for the section you are in. For Juniors up to U17 in Senior Men's Cricket, there will be a match fee of £12 for league matches in 2026.
Any news member will be offered 2 taster sessions before being asked to commit to becoming a member.
For Juniors in Senior Men's Cricket, matches on Saturdays and Sundays are played in whites, HWCC tops are mandatory and can be purchased from the club shop HERE.

Junior Memberships include two Social memberships.
Social membership is collected every 12 months from when you sign up.
By paying your membership, you are agreeing to the policies & conditions of membership laid out in the member documents area of your account.
Relevant policies
As a playing member of HWCC, your subs are non-refundable.
